Inspired by its iconic Western Bacon Cheeseburger, Carl’s Jr. launches the new Western Bacon Chicken Sandwich starting March 18, 2026.
The Western Bacon Chicken Sandwich features a premium, all-white-meat chicken fillet hand-dipped in buttermilk, lightly breaded and fried until golden brown and crunchy, topped with American cheese, two strips of Cherrywood bacon, crispy onion rings, and tangy Western BBQ sauce, all served on a sesame seed bun.
Additionally, Carl’s Jr. is also expanding its menu on April 8 with a new lineup of dipping sauces based on the flavors of its iconic burgers, giving fans more ways to enjoy their sides and Hand‑Breaded Chicken Tenders, including:
- El Diablo Burger’s Diablo Habanero Ranch Sauce
- Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich’s Santa Fe Sauce
- Western Bacon Cheeseburger’s Western Barbecue Sauce
Plus, two additional sauces are also joining the lineup to bring even more bold flavor to the roster:
- Garlic Parmesan delivers a smooth, savory blend of garlic, herbs, and cheese
- Heinz Ranch features a smooth, tangy flavor designed to pair easily with everything from sides to entrées
Priced at $5.99, the Western Bacon Chicken Sandwich is available at participating Carl’s Jr. locations nationwide now through May 12, 2026.
