Boorito, Chipotle’s longest running Halloween tradition, is coming back as an in-person event at participating US restaurants on October 31, 2022.
Chipotle Rewards members who visit any Chipotle location in the US on October 31, from 3 PM local time to close while dressed up in a costume, can receive a $6 burrito, bowl, salad, or entrée.
To take advantage of the spookiest offer of the year, fans can join the Chipotle Rewards loyalty program by visiting www.chipotle.com/rewards. On Halloween day, Chipotle Rewards members can redeem the deal in-restaurant by taking the following steps:
- Open the Chipotle app.
- Tap “SCAN.”
- Scan your Chipotle Rewards member ID at the register.
Boorito On BeReal
To celebrate the return of the Boorito event, Chipotle is launching “BooReal” on BeReal, a new social media platform for Gen Z that gives users a short 2-minute deadline to post their daily happenings. Fans who participate will have the opportunity to win one of 10 Free Burritos for a Year prizes.
To participate, simply take a photo of yourself in costume at a Chipotle restaurant on October 31, 2022, and post it on BeReal using the hashtag #booritosweepstakes. Then share your BeReal to Instagram Stories by tagging @chipotle and adding the hashtag #booritosweepstakes.
You can also send an email with “BooReal Sweepstakes” in the subject line to sweepstakes@chipotle.com for a chance to win.
Cash App For Costumes
Chipotle is also giving away $25,000 in cash to Chipotle Rewards members for Halloween via Cash App. To enter for a chance to win, simply:

- Drop your $cashtag with the hashtag #ChipotleBoorito as a reply to Chipotle’s tweet announcing each giveaway on October 13, 20, 25, or 27.
The burrito chain will give away a total of $5,000 each day on October 13, October 20, and October 25, respectively. And, with last-minute costume shoppers in mind, Chipotle will double down and give out a total of $10,000 in cash on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
