Grilled daily and marinated in garlic, lime, and pepper, Del Dorado Chicken anchors a lineup of tacos, burritos, a quesadilla, and a Crunchtada. Each item is built to layer flavor, with shredded spicy jack cheese, shredded cabbage, house-made guacamole, fresh-cut lime, and Del Taco’s Salsa Roja made with roasted tomatillos and chipotle.
Here’s a closer look at Del Taco’s new Del Dorado Chicken menu:
- Del Dorado Chicken Epic Burrito: Grilled, marinated chicken with Salsa Roja, scratch-made slow-cooked beans, shredded spicy jack cheese, diced onions, shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and sour cream in a large warm flour tortilla. Note: In Colorado, sold as the Macho Burrito.
- Del Dorado Chicken Grilled Burrito: Grilled, marinated chicken with Salsa Roja, shredded spicy jack cheese, cilantro-lime rice, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and sour cream, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and grilled.
- Del Dorado Chicken Taco: Grilled, marinated chicken with Salsa Roja, shredded spicy jack cheese, shredded cabbage, and house-made guacamole in a warm flour tortilla, served with a lime wedge.
- Del Dorado Chicken Quesadilla: Grilled, marinated chicken, shredded spicy jack cheese, and Salsa Roja in a folded flour tortilla, flat-grilled; served with guacamole and sour cream.
- Del Dorado Chicken Crunchtada: Thick, crunchy corn shell topped with grilled, marinated chicken, Salsa Roja, spicy jack cheese, slow-cooked beans, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
The Del Dorado Chicken menu is available at participating Del Taco locations nationwide for a limited time through November 11, 2025.
