Just in time for summer, Sonic announced today the launch of a new lineup of Sweet Topped Lemonades in partnership with three of pop culture’s most popular authors—Christina Lauren, Abby Jimenez, and Ashley Poston—available starting June 2, with early access for Sonic App users beginning today, May 27, 2025.
Sonic’s new Sweet Topped Lemonades make it easy to enjoy summer, whether you’re relaxing with a good book or heading out on an adventure, all while supporting local schools with every sip. To mark the launch, Sonic teamed up with beloved authors Christina Lauren, Abby Jimenez and Ashley Poston to show how simple and delicious it can be to help public education in your own community. This summer, enjoying these craveable drinks means giving more students access to the books and resources they need.
Available in Classic Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, and Blueberry Lavender Lemonade flavors, the new Sweet Topped Lemonades combine tart, all-natural lemonade with smooth cold foam for a craveable spin, making each sip just as delicious as the next.
In addition, Sonic is also partnering with First Book, a nonprofit committed to increasing educational opportunities in low-income communities, to provide 100,000 books and inspire more children to discover the joy of reading while building a strong foundation for their futures.
Sweet Topped Lemonades can be found in the Sonic App beginning May 27, and at participating Sonic locations nationwide for a limited time starting June 2, 2025.
