Sonic is teaming up with Grillo’s Pickles for the introduction of the new Grillo’s Pickles Big Dill Meal, available at participating locations starting June 30, 2025.
The pickle-themed meal features three new, limited-time menu items, including:
- Sonic x Grillo’s Pickles Big Dill Double & Triple Sonic Smasher: A hand-smashed Angus beef patty layered with two slices of melty American cheese, dill pickle-seasoned crispy cucumbers, Grillo’s Pickle Chips, fresh lettuce, and dilly ranch, all served on a soft potato bun. The Big Dill Double Sonic Smasher starts at a suggested price of $7.49, while the Big Dill Triple Sonic Smasher starts at $8.49.
- Sonic x Grillo’s Pickles Seasoned Tots or Groovy Fries: Your choice of crispy, golden classic Tots or Groovy Fries sprinkled with Grillo’s Pickle seasoning for a zesty, savory flavor twist. Starts at a suggested price of $2.99 for a medium.
- Sonic x Grillo’s Pickles Picklerita Slush: A tart, sweet slush consisting of a blend of pickle juice, tart lime, and Pickle Juice Flavor Bubbles, topped with a Grillo’s Pickle Chip. The Picklerita Slush starts at a suggested price of $3.99 for a 20 oz.
Fans who purchase the full Big Dill Meal will get a free pickle-scented car air freshener featuring Grillo’s mascot, “Sam-Sam the Pickle Man,” while supplies last. The collaboration also brings limited-edition Sam-Sam packaging and a special merch collection—hats, tees, and a nugget ice maker—launching June 30 at LiveFreeShopSonic.com. All proceeds from pickle merch sales will go to the SONIC Foundation to support public education.
