In celebration of National Cookie Day, Subway will be taking its cookie game to a whole new level this year by offering the world’s first Footlong Cookie for one day only at Cookieway, the chain’s pop-up restaurant that only serves its popular cookies, on Sunday, December 4, 2022.
Each Footlong Cookie will feature one foot of Subway cookie goodness, piled high with a variety of toppings ranging from indulgent and sweet to savory and unexpected.
On December 4, 2022, the Subway restaurant in Calle Ocho in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood at 1575 SW 8th Street will transform into Cookieway and will be open to fans from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a footlong cookie menu that includes four limited-edition flavors, all of which have been inspired by the Subway Series signature subs.
Here’s a closer look at Subway’s Footlong Cookie menu:
- The Subway Cookie Club: Inspired by the perfect combination of proteins on Subway’s #11, the Subway Cookie Club features a Double Chocolate cookie base and vanilla frosting, topped with Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia and Raspberry Cheesecake cookie chunks, rainbow sprinkles, and a drizzle of chocolate and raspberry sauce.
- The MexiCali: Inspired by the south-of-the-border flavor on Subway’s #7, the MexiCali features a vanilla sugar cookie base smothered in sweet dulce de leche and topped with mole, corn nuts, and white chocolate sauce drizzle, and finished with ground coffee, Tajín and espresso chips.
- The Monster: Just like the brand’s #3, The Monster is a beast of a cookie featuring a Double Chocolate cookie base with a heaping spread of peanut butter, sprinkled with peanut butter cups, Reese’s pieces, and butterscotch morsels and pretzels, and finished with both chocolate and white chocolate sauce.
- The Great Pickle: A sweet and savory cookie that showcases the signature flavor of its star ingredient, just like Subway’s #8 sub. The Great Pickle layers both peanut butter and marshmallow crème on top of a vanilla sugar cookie base, topped with salty potato chips, savory bacon crumbles, and the brand’s all-new dill pickles.
Footlong cookies will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis in exchange for a donation to the Subway Cares Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that provides grants to organizations around the world that align with its mission to provide youth greater access to nutritious food, tuition assistance for advanced education, and growth and leadership opportunities.
Additionally, and for those aren’t able to make it to the Cookieway pop-up store in Little Havana, Subway is offering its new six and twelve-pack Cookie Bundles at participating locations nationwide, alongside a special cookie deal. Fans can score $2 off a footlong sub when they add a cookie to orders placed on the Subway app or Subway.com. The offer is available exclusively to guests with a Subway account who have opted for email notification. Just take note that new accounts must opt into email 72 hours in advance to get the discount.
