Taco Bell today announced the nationwide launch of its new Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla, featuring poblano peppers, at participating locations starting November 20, 2025.
The Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla features marinated steak, fire-roasted poblano peppers, melty cheese blend, and Spicy Ranch sauce, all wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla.
The new quesadilla will be available à la carte or as part of a $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box that also includes one Doritos Locos Taco, one Crunchy Taco, Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium fountain drink.
To mark the launch, Taco Bell will run a Tuesday Drop for 300 chunky knit cardigans. Rewards Members can enter to win The Poblano Sweater on December 9 from 2–3 p.m. PT via the Tuesday Drops page in the app. The sweaters are hand-loomed from organic cotton and limited to 300 winners. The drop coincides with the rollout of the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla and offers a poblano-themed piece to wear.
