Wendy’s today announced a partnership with snack brand Takis to launch the new Takis Fuego Meal, featuring the Takis Fuego Chicken Sandwich and Takis Fuego Fries, at participating locations starting June 20, 2025.
The Takis Fuego Chicken Sandwich features a seasoned spicy chicken filet topped with crushed Takis Fuego chips, cheddar cheese sauce, creamy corn spread, and chili lime sauce, all served on a lightly toasted plain bun.
Meanwhile, the new Fuego Fries take the brand’s classic Hot & Crispy Fries, toss them in a tangy chili lime seasoning, and serve them in a custom, limited-edition tear-away bag for easier snacking.
The Takis-inspired menu items are available a la carte or as part of the Takis Fuego Meal, which also includes a bag of Takis Fuego chips for those looking for an extra kick of heat.
Additionally, from June 20 to July 20, U.S. Wendy’s app users can play Spice Invasion, a retro arcade game where blasting menu items with Takis chips earns points, unlocks prizes, and gives a chance to win $10,000.
You can find the Takis Fuego Meal at participating Wendy’s locations across the U.S. for a limited time starting June 20, 2025. The fiery meal will also be available at Wendy’s restaurants in Canada beginning June 20. Prices may vary by location.
