Wendy’s teams up with world-renowned, pig-tailed provocateur Wednesday Addams to launch the new Meal of Misfortune at participating locations across the U.S. starting August 4, 2025.
Additionally, and arriving just in time for the premiere of Wednesday Season 2 Part 1 on August 6, the Meal of Misfortune will also be available in Canada starting August 11, with further rollout to Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and Guam.
Created with Wednesday Addams’ signature dark flair, the limited-time Meal of Misfortune centers on the unpredictable “Dips of Dread”—four fiery mystery sauces. Each meal includes a random selection of two sauces alongside a 10-piece order of nuggets, small fries, and a Raven’s Blood Frosty, all in custom Wednesday packaging.
There’s no way to choose your dips; you get what you get, whether it’s You Can’t Hyde, This Will Sting, Grave Mistake, or Nowhere to Woe. Collecting all four sauces will require more than one trip. The Raven’s Blood Frosty, served with a Spoon of Gloom and Wednesday-themed cup, rounds out the meal with a dark cherry swirl for the finishing touch.
In addition, U.S. fans can try their luck at winning $10,000 by playing “Escape from Wednesday’s Woe,” an interactive, gravity-defying game available exclusively in the Wendy’s app that sends players dodging traps and collecting Wednesday-themed rewards along the way.
