Drawing inspiration from the bold flavors of New Orleans, Applebee’s introduces its new Big Easy Menu, featuring classic fan-favorites and new menu items like Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne and Blackened Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Penne, starting February 18, 2025.
The new Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne features penne pasta smothered in creamy, Cajun Alfredo sauce and topped with Bourbon Street Chicken, seared slices of Andouille Sausage, and seasoned bell peppers and onions.
Meanwhile, the new Blackened Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Penne features sauteed blackened shrimp paired with seared slices of Andouille Sausage, and seasoned bell peppers and onions, all in a creamy, Cajun Alfredo sauce.
The Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne carries a suggested price of $11.99, while the Blackened Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Penne goes for $13.99.
Additionally, participating Applebee’s locations are expanding the brand’s popular chicken sandwich lineup with the addition of a new Spicy Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich.
The Spicy Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich consists of a crispy-fried chicken breast topped with two strips of Applewood-smoked bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, and spicy honey mustard on a Brioche bun.
