A&W spices up their Wisconsin white cheddar cheese with the launch of the new Sriracha Cheese Curds at participating locations.
Originally introduced as a regional side item, Sriracha Cheese Curds have become one of the chain’s most distinctive and popular options on the menu. According to a press release, in test markets, the new spiced up cheese curds “generated a 15 percent cheese curd sales increase.”
Made with 100 percent Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese, the new side item consists of battered, deep-fried cheese curds spiced up with just the right amount of sriracha heat.
They’re available in a regular size, and also in a large size that’s ideal for sharing. While prices may vary, my local A&W charges $3.99 for the regular and $6.99 for the large.
Sriracha Cheese Curds are available now at participating A&W restaurants nationwide for a limited time.
