BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse just announced that it is expanding its Lunch Specials menu with the addition of various items, including the new Strawberry Chicken Salad as well as classic fan-favorites like its Smothered Southern Fried Chicken and the Bacon Ranch Piadina.
Here’s a closer look at BJ’s newest Lunch Specials:
A fresh twist on fried chicken, the Smothered Southern Fried Chicken lunch special features a hand-breaded buttermilk fried chicken breast served with pepper cream gravy, a generous portion of white cheddar mashed potatoes, and a corn and fire-roasted red pepper succotash.
The Bacon Chicken Ranch Piadina includes applewood smoked bacon, seasoned grilled chicken, creamy ranch, tomatoes, and cheese all tucked inside a crispy wrap.
Those looking for a lighter option can try the new Strawberry Chicken Salad, which is made with baby field greens, strawberries, mandarin oranges, bleu cheese, candied pecans and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.
Lunch Specials are available Monday through Friday every week from 11 AM to 3 PM at participating BJ’s locations nationwide for a suggested price of $12 each.
