BJ’s Introduces New Enlightened Power Bowls

BJ’s Restaurants and Brewhouse expands its enlightened menu with the launch of the new Enlightened Power Bowls.

The all-new Enlightened Power Bowls lineup includes a variety of healthy and delicious meal options such as the Cauliflower & Quinoa Power Bowl with Salmon and the Cauliflower & Quinoa Power Bowl with Shrimp, among others.

Here’s the full Enlightened Power Bowls menu:

Cauliflower and Quinoa Power Bowl with Salmon features roasted barbacoa cauliflower, Peruvian quinoa and brown rice, black beans, corn and fire-roasted red pepper succotash, cucumbers, pickled red onions, pico de gallo, feta cheese, housemade guacamole, Greek yogurt crema, and cilantro, all topped with a blackened salmon. It costs $17.50 and has 920 calories.

Cauliflower and Quinoa Power Bowl with Shrimp consists of roasted barbacoa cauliflower, Peruvian quinoa plus brown rice, black beans, corn and fire-roasted red pepper succotash, cucumbers, pickled red onions, pico de gallo, feta cheese, housemade guacamole, Greek yogurt crema, and cilantro, all topped with Cajun shrimp. It costs $15.95 and has 700 calories.

The Cauliflower & Quinoa Power Bowl with Chicken also features roasted barbacoa cauliflower, Peruvian quinoa and brown rice, black beans, corn and fire-roasted red pepper succotash, cucumbers, pickled red onions, pico de gallo, feta cheese, housemade guacamole, Greek yogurt crema, cilantro, and blackened chicken. This dish carries a suggested price of $14.25 and contains 750 calories.

The Cauliflower & Quinoa Power Bowl consists of roasted barbacoa cauliflower, Peruvian quinoa and brown rice, black beans, corn and fire-roasted red pepper succotash, cucumbers, pickled red onions, pico de gallo, feta cheese, housemade guacamole, Greek yogurt crema, and cilantro. This one goes for $11.50 and has only 530 calories.
