The Steak All Day lineup features four new dishes, including Steak Benedict, Steak Omelet, Bacon Bourbon Steak, and Creamy Peppercorn Steak.
Steak Benedict consists of USDA Choice steak strips topped with Hollandaise sauce, two fresh cracked fried eggs, sautéed red and green peppers and green onions, all on a split toasted English muffin. Includes your choice of home fries or hash browns.
Steak Omelet consists of three fresh cracked eggs stuffed with USDA Choice steak strips, red and green peppers, sautéed onions, and American cheese topped with green onions and cheddar cheese. Served with your choice of biscuits, hash browns, or home fries.
Bacon Bourbon Steak features a marinated 6-ounce USDA Choice sirloin steak covered in a sweet and tangy bacon bourbon glaze and topped with Bob Evans farm-famous bacon and green onions. This dish includes a baked potato and the chain’s new sugar snap peas.
Creamy Peppercorn Steak features a marinated 6-ounce USDA Choice sirloin steak topped with creamy Parmesan peppercorn sauce and caramelized onions. Served with buttered broccoli and a baked potato.
