Bonchon Unveils Bulgogi Takeover Menu Featuring Three New Dishes

Bulgogi is literally taking over Bonchon with the arrival of the ‘Bulgogi Takeover,’ featuring three new menu items that center around the popular Korean dish.

More specifically, Bonchon’s signature Bulgogi is expanding its presence on the menu with new offerings, including tteokbokki—street food featuring simmered rice cakes—and udon, which are thick noodles commonly found in soups and stir-fries. Another notable addition mixes Korea’s staple steamed rice with cheese for a delicious twist.

Priced at just $13.99 each, here’s a closer look at Bonchon’s new Bulgogi Takeover lineup:

  • Bulgogi Tteokbokki: Rice cakes simmered in bulgogi and soy garlic sauce, garnished with scallions and onions, and finished with mozzarella cheese.
  • Cheesy Bulgogi Rice: Bulgogi on steamed rice, topped with melted mozzarella cheese, scallions, and a drizzle of spicy mayo.
  • Bulgogi Stir Fry Udon: Wheat noodles sautéed with bulgogi, soy garlic sauce, onions, and red bell peppers, topped with scallions and sesame seeds.

Available for dine-in, pick-up, and delivery, the new Bulgogi menu items can be found now at participating Bonchon locations across the country.
