Brisket is back on the menu at Wawa with the return of their popular brisket sandwiches and bowls.
This time around the Brisket Sandwich is available in four varieties: BBQ, Garlic Aioli, Spicy Pepper, and Sriracha BBQ. You also have the option to create your own Brisket Sandwich with your of choice veggies, toppings, and spreads.
BBQ Brisket Sandwich: Brisket topped with cheddar cheese, pickles, and tangy BBQ sauce on a buttery brioche bun.
Garlic Aioli Brisket Sandwich: Brisket layered with melted provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, and zesty garlic aioli, all on a buttery brioche bun.
Spicy Pepper Brisket Sandwich: Slow braised brisket topped with pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, and spicy cherry pepper relish.
Sriracha BBQ Brisket Sandwich: Brisket topped with melted pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, sriracha, and BBQ sauce, all sandwiched between a brioche bun.
Meanwhile, Wawa’s returning Brisket Bowls lineup includes BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese, Cheesy Old Bay Brisket Mashed Potato, Cherry Pepper Brisket Mashed Potato, and Honey Hot Brisket.
BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese Bowl: Shredded brisket with BBQ sauce served over mac and cheese.
Cheesy Old Bay Brisket Mashed Potato Bowl: Shredded brisket with Old Bay seasoning and cheddar sauce served over mashed potatoes.
Cherry Pepper Brisket Mashed Potato Bowl: Slow braised shredded brisket, cherry pepper relish, and garlic aioli sauce, all served over a bed of mashed potatoes.
Honey Brisket Bowl: Slow braised shredded brisket served over a bed of cheesy grits.
All sandwiches and bowls feature slow braised beef made from the finest brisket cuts, hand trimmed and served fresh.
