Buffalo Wild Wings looks to satisfy fans’ bacon cravings with the introduction of a new bacon-inspired lineup, featuring the new Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger, Bacon Patty Melt, and BLT Sandwich, as well as a new limited-edition sauce with a smoky kick: the new Buffalo Bacon Sauce.
Touted as the star of the Thick-Cut Bacon lineup and arriving just in time for football season, the new Buffalo Bacon Sauce features a combination of classic buffalo sauce and smoky bacon taste, and it can be enjoyed for a limited time on the chain’s iconic wings, burgers, sandwiches, and more.
The Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger comes with two hand-smashed patties topped with thick-cut bacon, melted American cheese, mac & cheese, pickled hot peppers, and a drizzle of Hatch chile aioli on a toasted challah bun.
The Bacon Patty Melt features hand-smashed double patties, thick-cut bacon, Swiss and American cheeses, grilled onions, and bacon aioli, all stacked high on a toasted brioche bun.
Lastly, the BLT Sandwich consists of crunchy thick-cut bacon slices paired with shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and bacon aioli, all sandwiched between two slices of toasted parmesan brioche.
