Buffalo Wild Wings today announced the launch of a limited-time Throwback Menu featuring early 2000s fan favorites, including Buffalo Chips, Mini Corn Dogs, Beef on Weck Sliders and more, at participating locations starting August 19, 2026.
As early 2000s culture makes a comeback, here’s a closer look at Buffalo Wild Wings’ full Throwback Menu lineup:
- Buffalo Chips: Thick potato slices fried until crisp and golden.
- Mini Corn Dogs: Small hot dogs coated in cornmeal batter and fried.
- Beef on Weck Sliders: Shaved sirloin with horseradish aioli on caraway-seeded kaiser rolls, with au jus on the side.
- Garlic Mushrooms: Breaded garlic mushrooms fried until crisp and served with Southwestern Ranch.
- Hot BBQ Sauce: Barbecue sauce with smoky, sweet notes and added heat.
- Buffalo Zoo Cocktail: A mixed drink made with Bacardi, Grey Goose, Jim Beam, peach schnapps, grenadine, pineapple juice and orange juice, served with an orange wheel.
Additionally, Buffalo Wild Wings is also partnering with Y2K fashion brand Von Dutch on a five-piece capsule collection that includes trucker hats, a hoodie, baby tee and classic tee. A limited-edition “Von Dubs” trucker hat will be sold online, while the other items will be offered exclusively at an invite-only Los Angeles event celebrating the partnership.
The Von Dubs trucker hat will be available in limited quantities on vondutch.com starting Monday, September 21, 2026.
