Burger King is currently testing a new Honey Hot Chicken Sandwich, Cheese Bites, and Mozzarella Sticks at select locations.
The Honey Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Mozzarella Sticks are being tested in Boardman, Ohio. While the new Cheese Bites are available at select locations in Texas.
Burger King’s new Honey Hot Chicken Sandwich features a white meat crispy chicken fillet topped with bacon, onions, pickles, and honey hot sauce, all sandwiched between two potato buns. The sandwich is also available with a spicy crispy chicken or a grilled chicken filet.
Honey Hot Chicken Sandwiches go for $5.40 each.
The Mozzarella Sticks are pieces of breaded and deep fried mozzarella, served with a cup of marinara sauce for dipping. Mozzarella sticks are served in 4-, 8-, and 20-count entrées and cost $1.49, $2.89, and $7.39, respectively.
Cheese Bites are golden and crispy on the outside, and gooey and cheesy on the inside. They’re available in 8- and 20-piece orders for a suggested price of $1.99 and $3.99, respectively.
If the test is successful, Burger King will consider expanding the offering to other markets.
