Burger King hops on the NFT trend with the launch of a new collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as part of its ongoing partnership with celebrities Nelly, Anitta and LILHUDDY.
Earlier today, the burger chain announced that it’s teaming up with NFT marketplace Sweet to offer the new digital collectibles via QR codes that will appear on approximately 6 million Keep It Real Meal boxes nationwide.
Each artist gets their own NFT set, and each set includes three different digital collectibles which, once collected, unlock a fourth bonus NFT that can lead to a variety of prizes.
These prizes range from 3D BK digital collectibles, free Whopper sandwiches for a year, autographed items, or even a call with one of the campaign’s artists.
