California Pizza Kitchen celebrates the freshness of the season with the introduction of an all-new spring menu that includes new lunch salads, soups and sandwiches, as well as all day California-inspired signature beverages and more. In addition to California-inspired items like the Wild Mushroom + Brie soup and Baja Crunch salad, CPK has also expanded their fan-favorite Lunch Duos to include new sandwiches and pizzas which can be paired with a salad or soup.
With the new changes, all 19 of California Pizza Kitchen’s signature pizzas are now available as part of the brand’s Lunch Duos menu, including the Jamaican Jerk Chicken pizza and California Club pizza. From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily, guests can create their own lunch duo by pairing two items of their choice, including a half sandwich or any 7-inch pizza with a salad or soup, starting at a suggested price of $8.99.

New Lunch Salad, Soup and Sandwiches: CPK adds spring-forward menu items to their lunch menu:
- Catalina Chicken Sandwich: Lightly breaded chicken breast topped with caramelized onions, baby greens, whipped goat cheese and Sriracha aioli.
- California Caprese Sandwich: Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, cucumbers, fresh Mozzarella cheese and the brand’s housemade Lemon Herb vinaigrette (with an option to add oven-roasted turkey breast).
- Wild Mushroom + Brie Soup: Rich, creamy and decadent wild mushroom and brie soup.
- Baja Crunch Salad: Roasted corn & black bean salsa and spinach topped with crispy corn tortilla strips, toasted pepitas and the brand’s housemade herb ranch.
New Signature Cocktails: California Pizza Kitchen encourages the spirit of adventure with the debut of two new cocktails made with Gray Whale Gin:
- Oceanside: Gray Whale Gin mixed with Agave Lime and Fresh Basil.
- Big Sur: Gray Whale Gin mixed with Monin Lavender, Agave Lime, Lemon and Fresh Lavender.
New Handcrafted Lemonades: California Pizza Kitchen’s fresh squeezed lemonade gets a new spin with two thirst-quenching recipes:
- Golden State Lemonade: Golden-hued lemonade with antioxidant rich turmeric and Fresh Mint.
- Desert Pear Lemonade: Lemonade with sweet floral combinations of ripe Pear and the Fruit of Prickly Pear Cactus with Fresh Mint.
