California Pizza Kitchen looks to capitalize on the plant-based craze with the launch of the new BBQ “Don’t Call Me Chicken” Pizza.

CPK’s new BBQ “Don’t Call Me Chicken” Pizza comes topped with the chain’s legendary BBQ sauce, smoked Gouda, red onions, fresh cilantro, and their new 100 percent plant-powered chicken substitute on Original Hand Tossed Crust. For those unfamiliar, CPK’s Cauliflower Crust features a custom blend of cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, rice flour, herbs and spices.

The BBQ “Don’t Call Me Chicken” Pizza carries a suggested price of $17.99, although prices may vary by location.

The new plant-based pizza is available now at 155 corporate-owned restaurants across the United States and Canada.
