Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s get cheesy with the nationwide introduction of the new Big Fried Cheese Angus Thickburger. There’s also a new BFC Frisco Breakfast Sandwich, but it’s only available at Hardee’s restaurants.
The Big Fried Cheese (BFC) features a third-pound Black Angus patty topped with tomato, lettuce, Boom Boom Sauce, and a fried cheese patty made with a combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses coated in a seasoned breading and fried to a golden brown perfection.
The Big Fried Cheese (BFC) Frisco Breakfast Sandwich also features a deep-fried cheese patty topped with Applewood-smoked bacon, and a folded egg, all on a fresh sourdough toast.
The Big Fried Cheese Angus Thickburger goes for $5.99, while the BFC Breakfast Sandwich costs $4.49. There’s also an option to add the fried cheese patty to any of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s menu items for just $3. Prices may vary by location.
