Carl’s Jr. looks to up its beef game with the introduction of the new Prime Rib Menu, which includes three new menu items, all made with premium, slow-cooked, sliced prime rib.
As mentioned above, the chain’s prime rib lineup features three new menu items: Prime Rib & Cheddar Angus Burger, Prime Rib Burrito, and Prime Rib & Fried Egg Biscuit.
Prime Rib & Cheddar Angus Thickburger features a one-third pound charbroiled Angus Beef patty, slow-cooked sliced price rib, caramelized onions, and cheddar sauce on a toasted premium bun.
Prime Rib Burrito consists of slow cooked sliced prime rib, shredded cheese, fluffy eggs, and freshly made salsa wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
Prime Rib & Fried Egg Biscuit consists of slow cooked sliced prime rib, a fresh cracked fried egg, and Swiss cheese, all on a buttermilk biscuit.
