Cheez-It opens the new Cheez-In Diner for one week only as the ultimate destination for Cheez-It superfans.
Located just two hours outside of New York City in the iconic town of Woodstock, NY, the Cheez-In Diner caters to those craving adventure on the road and late-night snacks (Harold and Kumar, anyone?).
The Cheez-In Diner offers Americana classics, each prepared with a cheezy twist, that bring to life the unique cracker-infused recipes fans have always dreamt of.
Here’s a closer look at the Cheez-In’s full menu:
- Deluxe Cheez-It Milkshake: A creamy vanilla shake blended with Cheez-It crackers, decorated with a caramel and crushed Cheez-It cracker rim and topped with whipped cream, red sprinkles and chocolate sauce, and garnished with a chocolate-dipped Cheez-It cracker.
- The Extra Cheezburger: A pimento Cheez-It smashburger topped with fresh lettuce, pickles and an Extra Big Cheez-It cracker.
- The Big Grilled Cheez: A cracker-coated Texas toast sandwiching cheezy pimento goodness and surrounded by a crunchy Cheez-It cracker crust.
- Cheezy Chicky Tendies: Juicy chicken tenders breaded in Original Cheez-It crackers, spiced up with Hot & Spicy Seasoning and served with a side of hot honey or Hidden Valley Cheezy Ranch for dipping.
- Mac & Cheez-It: Pasta baked in a creamy White Cheddar Cheez-It cracker sauce and topped with crunchy White Cheddar Cheez-It cracker crumbles.
- Cheez-It Fries: Crispy fries tossed in ground Cheez-It crackers. Choose from Original, White Cheddar or Hot & Spicy seasoning, and then load it up with a melted pimento cheez sauce.

The Cheez-It Diner will be open for one week only from May 20 through May 26, 2024, located at 261 Tinker Street in Woodstock, New York.
Monday through Thursday, the Cheez-In Diner is open from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Friday through Sunday, it will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. ET.
