Building on the success of its Big Crispy chicken sandwich introduced back in April, Chili’s is launching the new Chicken Parm Big Crispy sandwich at participating locations in Florence, KY, Rome, GA, and Venice, FL, starting October 13, 2026, with a nationwide rollout planned for October 20.
The Chicken Parm Big Crispy sandwich features a hand-battered crispy chicken fillet topped with a fried mozzarella patty and rich marinara sauce on a lightly toasted bun.
Priced at $16.99 (may vary), the new sandwich also comes with a side of fries, white cheddar mac & cheese, and marinara and house-made ranch cups on the side for dipping.
Just a reminder, if you’re outside one of the three selected cities, as mentioned earlier, the sandwich will be available nationwide on October 20, but you’ll need to ask a Chili’s team member for it since apparently it won’t appear on the regular menu.
