Chipotle Tests New Plant-Based Mexican Cauliflower Rice


Chipotle looks into adding a new plant-based option to the menu with a test of new Mexican Cauliflower Rice at 60 locations in Arizona, Southern California, and Wisconsin.

The brand’s newest plant-based innovation is made with grilled, riced cauliflower seasoned with the savory spices of Mexican rice.

More specifically, Mexican Cauliflower Rice is prepared fresh in-restaurant daily and grilled in small batches on the plancha before being seasoned with a signature blend of spices that includes garlic, cumin, salt and paprika to give it the rich and vibrant flavor of traditional Mexican rice.

Designed to make your healthy eating habits both easy and accessible, Chipotle’s new menu innovation is Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, and made with grain-free ingredients. You can add Mexican Cauliflower Rice to any entrée or enjoy it as a side for an additional cost.

Additionally, Chipotle is offering free delivery on orders of at least $10 that include Mexican Cauliflower Rice through June 21, 2022.
