Chipotle just announced that it’s testing Pollo Asado – the first menu innovation with chicken in the brand’s 28-year history – at 95 select locations in Cincinnati, Ohio and Sacramento, California.
A fresh new chicken flavor to hit the grill, Pollo Asado features the taste of garlic, fresh lime, guajillo peppers and hand-chopped cilantro.
Grilled fresh daily in small batches, the Mexican food chain’s newest protein option is made with real ingredients and classic cooking techniques. Chipotle’s Responsibly Raised chicken is first seasoned with a dry rub of cumin, guajillo peppers, and coriander, and it’s then cooked fresh to sear in the flavors on the grill, hand-cut and finished with garlic, chili peppers, fresh squeezed lime and chopped cilantro.
To celebrate the test of Pollo Asado, Chipotle is offering free delivery on all Pollo Asado orders placed through the Chipotle app and Chipotle.com from November 8 through November 14, 2021.
Pollo Asado is available in-restaurant, online, mobile, and delivery orders at participating locations in Cincinnati and Sacramento for a limited time.
