Corner Bakery today announce that it’s adding two new plant-based items to the menu: Beyond Meatball Panini and Beyond Meatball Linguine.
Made from simple, plant-based ingredients and designed to deliver the authentic taste and texture of traditional meatballs, every Beyond Beef meatball prepared by Corner Bakery combines the brand’s plant-based beef with savory elements like herbs, garlic, Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
The Beyond Meatball Panini features Beyond Beef meatballs, melted provolone cheese, and marinara sauce, served on grilled sourdough bread.
The Beyond Meatball Linguine consists of Beyond Beef meatballs and linguine topped with grated Parmesan cheese and marinara sauce.
These new plant-based items were originally tested at five select Corner Bakery locations in Los Angeles back in December 2019. Both the panini and the linguine sold out, prompting the chain to offer its plant-based items at all Corner Bakery cafes nationwide.
Additionally, and for a limited, Corner Bakery is offering fans a 50 percent discount on either Beyond Meatball entrees from September 21 through September 27, 2020.
Both menu items are available now at participating Corner Bakery cafes nationwide.

I had the meatball panini for the very first time. I had not been to corner bakery since I’m now a vegan. I was surprised to see the beyond meatball panini in the menu. Taste just like meatballs. I would only order it again if I can order it without the cheese? Is that possible?
