Cracker Barrel is welcoming spring a bit earlier this year with the introduction of a new lineup of sweet and savory menu items like Oreo Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes, Signature Pancake Platters, Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet, and more.
The new Oreo Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes consist of crispy-edged buttery pancakes layered with creamy cheesecake filling and topped with crumbled Oreo cookie pieces, whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate, served with two eggs and a choice of either thick-cut sliced bacon or smoked sausage, all for a suggested starting price of $12.49.
Available in Blueberry, Fresh Strawberry, Chocolate Chip, Pecan, Cinnamon Spiced Apples and Country Peach topping flavors, Signature Pancake Platters start at just $10.99 each and come served with eggs cooked to order and a choice of savory sausage or bacon.
The new menu lineup is rounded out with two Southern-inspired entrees: the Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet and Shrimp n’ Grits. Priced at $14.99, the Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet features grilled shrimp smothered in a zesty creole sauce, served with a choice of two Country Sides and grilled parmesan bread for dipping. The Shrimp n’ Grits, also priced at $14.99, includes shrimp simmered in a zesty creole sauce with Andouille sausage, celery, sweet onions, and red peppers, served over creamy grits with grilled parmesan sourdough bread on the side.
