Del Taco is teaming up with Frito-Lay to give some of its most popular menu items a Flamin’ Hot Queso twist with the nationwide launch of its new Flamin’ Hot Queso menu at participating locations beginning September 17, 2026.
The new Flamin’ Hot Queso combines Del Taco’s queso blanco with Flamin’ Hot seasoning for a creamy, spicy cheese sauce.

- Flamin’ Hot Queso Beef Roller: A flour tortilla filled with seasoned beef, Flamin’ Hot Queso and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Flamin’ Hot Queso Crispy Chicken Burrito: A flour tortilla filled with crispy chicken strips, Crinkle Cut Fries, Flamin’ Hot Queso, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
- Flamin’ Hot Queso Loaded Fries: Crinkle Cut Fries topped with seasoned beef, Flamin’ Hot Queso, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream and sliced jalapeños.
- Epic Flamin’ Hot Queso Grilled Chicken Burrito: An oversized flour tortilla with grilled marinated chicken, Crinkle Cut Fries, Flamin’ Hot Queso and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Flamin’ Hot Queso & Chips: Flamin’ Hot Queso served with house-made tortilla chips.
- Flamin’ Hot Queso Loaded Nachos: House-made tortilla chips with slow-cooked beans, Flamin’ Hot Queso, sour cream, diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeños, plus a choice of seasoned beef, grilled marinated chicken or carne asada steak.
