Del Taco today announced the debut of its new Shredded Beef Birria featuring three new menu items, including the quick-service industry’s first-ever Birria Ramen, starting November 7, 2023.
Featuring shredded beef that is braised for two and a half hours and seasoned with traditional spices and chile peppers, Del Taco’s Shredded Beef Birria lineup includes the new Two Shredded Beef Birria Tacos with consomé dip, Shredded Beef Birria Quesadilla with consomé dip, and Shredded Beef Birria Ramen.
Here’s a closer look at Del Taco’s new Shredded Beef Birria menu items:
- Two Shredded Beef Birria Tacos with consomé dip: House-grated cheddar cheese, melted between two grilled corn tortillas, filled with tender and savory shredded beef birria and topped with diced onions and chopped cilantro. Served with two fresh-cut limes and a side of consomé for dipping for a suggested price of $8.59.
- Shredded Beef Birria Quesadilla with consomé dip: Savory shredded beef birria paired with fresh house-grated cheddar cheese and tangy green sauce, all folded into a flour tortilla and flat-grilled. The Shredded Beef Birria Quesadilla is served with a side of consomé for dipping and carries a suggested price of $6.79.
- Shredded Beef Birria Ramen: A hearty serving of the brand’s signature beef broth consomé loaded with fresh wavy ramen noodles and savory shredded beef birria and topped with diced onions and chopped cilantro, and served with a fresh-cut lime wedge for a suggested price of $5.79.
