With inflation hitting its highest levels in over 40 years, Denny’s is offering fans a way to fend off price increases with the return of the Super Slam deal at participating locations.
Each Super Slam meal features two buttermilk pancakes, two fresh eggs, two bacon strips, two sausage links and two golden hash browns.
Prices for the Super Slam vary with location, but it starts at $6.99 at my nearest Denny’s. It’s worth noting that the Super Slam is priced at $8.99 in some locations.
In addition to the Super Slam, participating Denny’s restaurants are also offering a new Triple Double Slam meal for $6.99 ($7.99 in some markets).
The Triple Double Slam includes either two buttermilk pancakes, one slice of French toast or a biscuit & gravy, plus a choice of bacon strips or sausage links and two fresh eggs.
In terms of value for money, the Super Slam is the better option, as it also includes hash browns (for the same price). But it’s good to have the Triple Double Slam on your radar in case you ever want to enjoy a hearty breakfast at an affordable price point after the Super Slam is gone.
