Just in time for Lent, Baja Shrimp is back on the menu at El Pollo Loco with the return of the Baja Shrimp Taco.
The Baja Shrimp Taco features Baja Shrimp that is cooked to perfection in a chipotle and garlic marinade and topped with fresh shredded cabbage, house-made pico de gallo, and baja chipotle sauce wrapped in a corn and flour blend artisan tortilla.
The returning seasonal favorite carries a suggested price of $3.49, although prices may vary by location.
To enhance your taco eating experience, you can also add other ingredients such as guacamole, avocado slices, or cheese for an additional cost. While prices may vary by location, my nearest El Pollo Loco charges $0.69 for guac, $0.79 for avocado slices, and $0.40 for cheese.
The Baja Shrimp Taco will be available at participating El Pollo Loco restaurants nationwide through the 2021 seafood/Lenten season.
