El Pollo Loco announced today that it’s literally loading up its menu with the return of their popular Stuffed Quesadillas starting August 31, 2023.
Made with traditional Oaxaca cheese and the brand’s famous fire-grilled chicken, Stuffed Quesadillas return in four cheesy varieties: Poblano, Chipotle and Shredded Beef.
Here’s a closer look at El Pollo Loco’s Stuffed Quesadillas lineup:
- Poblano Chicken Cheese Toasted Stuffed Quesadilla: A warm flour tortilla filled with fired-grilled chicken, Oaxaca cheese, poblano peppers, pico de gallo, fresh avocado slices and cilantro. The tortilla is then folded six times, toasted to perfection with even more Oaxaca cheese on the outside, and grilled to lock in all the flavors.
- Chipotle Chicken Cheese Toasted Stuffed Quesadilla: Signature filed-grilled chicken, Oaxaca cheese, salsa roja, sour cream and pico de gallo wrapped in warm flour tortilla that’s folded six times, toasted with more Oaxaca cheese on the outside, and grilled to perfection.
- Shredded Beef Avocado Cheese Toasted Stuffed Quesadilla: A warm flour tortilla stuffed with savory shredded beef, Oaxaca cheese, avocado salsa, sliced avocado, onion, and cilantro. The tortilla is then folded six times, toasted with even more Oaxaca cheese on the outside, and grilled to seal in all the flavors.
