El Pollo Loco offers a new portable way to enjoy its signature bold flavors with the introduction of a new lineup of Overstuffed Quesadillas.
Available in four varieties, Overstuffed Quesadillas feature a variety of quality ingredients folded into a 12-inch soft flour tortilla that’s twice grilled until golden and crispy on the outside.

- Poblano Chicken Overstuffed Quesadilla: Fire-grilled chicken, Jack cheese, creamy cilantro dressing, fire-grilled Poblano peppers, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
- Shredded Beef Avocado Overstuffed Quesadilla: Savory shredded beef, Jack cheese, avocado salsa, onion, cilantro, and avocado slices.
- Chipotle Chicken Overstuffed Quesadilla: Fire-grilled chicken, Jack cheese, salsa roja, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
