The chain’s new Mac & Cheese Chicken Taco features a crisp tortilla shell filled with fire-grilled chicken, and macaroni and cheese.
Ell Pollo Loco is offering the new menu item as part of a kids meal, which includes a small side and a regular drink for just $5.
You can also get the Mac and Cheese Chicken Taco a la carte for a suggested price of $2.49, though prices may vary depending on where you live.
Though it’s being marketed as a meal exclusively for kids, I can see myself ordering this from time to time.
The Mac & Cheese Taco is available at El Pollo Loco restaurants nationwide for a limited time.
