El Pollo Loco looks to offer healthier options with the launch of their new Pollo Fit Bowls.

El Pollo Loco’s new bowls are part of the chain’s commitment to offer better for you options to make it easy and convenient for people that are Paleo, Keto, or simply looking to eat healthier.

The new Pollo Fit Bowls menu consists of three bowls – one is Paleo Friendly and the other two are Keto Certified.

All three bowls feature fresh organic spinach and come topped with chicken breast, avocado, and other healthy ingredients.

Here’s the full menu:

  • Double Chicken & Avocado is a Keto Certified bowl that features Chopped fire-grilled chicken breast, sliced avocado, organic spinach, made-from-scratch pico de gallo, queso fresco, lettuce, and red cabbage and carrot blend.
  • Double Chicken & Queso Fresco is a Keto Certified bowl that consists of Chopped fire-grilled chicken breast, organic spinach, made-from-scratch pico de gallo, black beans, queso fresco, and lettuce and red cabbage blend.
  • The Paleo Friendly Double Chicken & Mango bowl features Chopped fire-grilled chicken breast, organic spinach, fresh mango salsa, sliced avocado, and lettuce and red cabbage blend.

The new Pollo Fit Bowls are available now at participating locations nationwide for a limited time. Prices and participation may vary.

    The freshness, taste, combination of ingredients is perfect.
    My husband and I stopped to get lunch and we both had the bowl.
