Firehouse Subs is teaming up with Hot Ones for the nationwide debut of its spiciest menu item yet, the Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder, alongside the milder Zesty Garlic Hook & Ladder crafted for those who prefer less heat, starting March 10, 2025.
Touted as Firehouse Subs’ ‘spiciest offering to date’ and featuring the Last Dab Reaper Edition hot sauce for the first time in a menu collaboration, the Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder includes smoked turkey, sliced honey ham, melted pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, deli mustard, Firehouse Hero Sauce, and the Last Dab Dill Pickle—a pickle plank marinated in Hot Ones’ Last Dab Reaper Edition hot sauce—all served on a toasted roll.
Meanwhile, the Zesty Garlic Hook & Ladder includes smoked turkey, sliced honey ham, and melted pepper jack cheese, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, garlic chips, onions, and mayo. It’s finished with a garlicky kick from Hot Ones’ The Classic Garlic Fresno hot sauce and served on a toasted roll.
Both sandwiches are available in small, medium, and large sizes, with suggested prices of $6.99, $10.49, and $14.79, respectively (may vary). Combo options featuring a side and a drink are also available, starting at $17.68.
