With fall just around the corner, Hardee’s is welcoming the new season with the launch of its Bacon Beast platform and a new, nostalgic S’mores lineup at participating locations starting September 9, 2026.
The Bacon Beast menu includes:
- Super Bacon Biscuit: A Made from Scratch biscuit filled with three slices of cherrywood-smoked bacon, egg, and American cheese.
- Bacon Beast Homestyle Breakfast Burrito: A warm tortilla wrapped around four slices of cherrywood-smoked bacon, eggs, and American cheese.
- Bacon Beast Burger: A 100% Angus beef burger topped with four slices of cherrywood-smoked bacon on a buttery brioche-style bun. For a limited time, new My Rewards members can receive one free Bacon Beast Burger when they sign up.
- Bacon Beast Chicken Sandwich: Hand-breaded 100% white meat chicken with four slices of smoked bacon, tomato, lettuce, and a buttered brioche-style bun.
Meanwhile, here’s a closer look at Hardee’s new S’mores lineup:
- S’mores Iced Coffee: Cold brew coffee mixed with toasted marshmallow and chocolate syrups for a lightly sweet drink.
- S’mores Hand-Scooped Ice Cream Shake: Vanilla ice cream blended with toasted marshmallow and chocolate syrups, topped with graham cracker and chocolate sprinkles.
- S’mores Fried Pie: A fried pastry filled with graham crumble, marshmallow cream, and chocolate filling.
In addition, Hardee’s has also brought back its Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuit, made with raisins and cinnamon and finished with a drizzle of icing.
The Bacon Beast and S’mores lineups are available now for a limited time at participating Hardee’s locations nationwide.
