In celebration of Girl Scout Cookie season, IHOP is introducing new Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes as the Pancake of the Month for March 2024.
IHOP’s Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes feature four green-colored buttermilk pancakes topped with Girl Scout Thin Mints pieces, creamy cheesecake mousse, and whipped topping.
The new pancakes can be enjoyed as a short stack for $9.49, full stack for $13.49, or as a combo that includes two pancakes, two bacon strips or two pork sausage links, two eggs your way and hash browns, for a suggested starting price of $16.99. (may vary).
In addition, don’t forget that there are several incentives to try each Pancake of the Month flavor with the chain’s new annual loyalty challenge within the International Bank of Pancakes, including:
- Earn 10 PanCoins per month when you order the Pancake of the Month two or more times in the same month.
- Score 100 bonus PanCoins when you order the Pancake of the Month at least once each month during the entire year.
The Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes are available at participating IHOP locations across the country for a limited time now through March 31, 2024.
