IHOP Introduces New Hand-Crafted Melts

IHOP goes beyond breakfast with the launch of Hand-Crafted Melts, a new lineup of portable menu options featuring craveable flavors and high-quality ingredients like 100% Black Angus steak and all-natural roasted turkey.

Starting at just $9.99, the new sandwich offerings feature crispy grilled bread paired with natural proteins and melted cheese. Each Melt also includes your choice of one of the following sides: French fries, onion rings, seasonal fresh fruit, two buttermilk pancakes or side salad.

Here’s a closer look at IHOP’s new Hand-Crafted Melts lineup:

  • New Cali Roasted Turkey Melt: All-natural roasted turkey breast topped with hickory-smoked bacon, Wisconsin whole milk cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh avocado and mayo served on grilled multigrain bread.
  • New Cheese-Crusted Four Cheese Melt: Pepper Jack, American and Wisconsin Whole Milk cheeses on cheese-crusted bread. It also comes with a side of Poblano queso for dipping.
  • New Pepper Jack Patty Melt: A 100% Black Angus beef steakburger patty topped with Pepper Jack cheese, grilled onions, pickled jalapenos and IHOP Sauce, all served on cheese-crusted bread.
  • New Ham & Egg Melt: Black Forest ham, fried egg and melted American cheese served on grilled, thick-cut bread.
  • New BBQ Mac Melt: Pulled pork with a creamy BBQ drizzle, Sharp Cheddar mac and cheese, Wisconsin Whole Milk cheese, and pickles served on grilled, thick-cut bread, and served with a side of creamy BBQ sauce for dipping.
  • New Buffalo Chicken Melt: Crispy chicken breast strips tossed in Franks RedHot Buffalo Sauce, paired with pickles and Wisconsin Whole Milk cheese and served on grilled, thick-cut bread. It also comes with a side of buttermilk ranch for dipping.
  • Philly Cheese Steak Stacker: Grilled sirloin steak, onions and melted American cheese on a grilled roll.
