IHOP offers value in the afternoon and in the evening with the launch of the new IHOPPY Hour value menu.
IHOP’s new IHOPPY Hour menu, which includes $5 or $6 entrees, $3 snacks and sides, and $1 or $1.50 beverages, is available every day from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at select IHOP dining rooms across the country.
The IHOPPY Hour menu features a mix of breakfast items like the Classic Breakfast Sandwich and the Quick 2-Egg Breakfast and lunch and dinner entrees like the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Classic Steak Burger.

Everyday $5 or $6 Meal Deals
Italian Cannoli Pancakes consists of two buttermilk pancakes rolled and filled with Ricotta cream and chocolate pieces, and topped with crunchy cannoli pieces, chocolate chips and whipped cream.
Classic Breakfast Sandwich features scrambled eggs, bacon and melted American cheese on a buttery, grilled Brioche bun. Includes your choice of a side of hash browns, French fries, or two buttermilk pancakes.
Ham and Cheese Omelette consists of diced ham, shredded Jack and cheddar cheeses, and white cheese sauce, plus three World Famous buttermilk pancakes.
The Quick 2-Egg Breakfast comes with two eggs your way, hash browns, two bacon strips or two pork sausage links and toast.
The Classic Steakburger consists of an all-natural, USDA Choice, Black Angus beef Steakburger topped with American cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, pickles, and the brand’s signature IHOP Sauce, all served on a buttery, grilled Brioche bun with a side of French fries, onion rings, or two buttermilk pancakes.
Chicken and Pancakes include four all-natural, buttermilk crispy chicken breast strips and 3 fluffy buttermilk pancakes. Served with your choice of buttermilk ranch, honey mustard or IHOP Sauce for dipping.
Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich features all-natural, buttermilk crispy chicken breast topped with American cheese, custom-cured hickory-smoked bacon, tomato, red onion, lettuce, pickles, and the chain’s signature IHOP Sauce on a buttery, grilled Brioche bun. It also includes a side of French fries, onion rings, or two buttermilk pancakes.
Everyday $3 Deals
Mozza Sticks consists of six crispy Mozzarella cheese sticks served with marinara sauce for dipping.
French fries and Onion Rings Sampler features a generous helping of onion rings and French fries served with the chain’s signature IHOP Sauce for dipping.
Original French Toast includes four triangles of French toast topped with real whipped butter and dusted with powdered sugar.
It’s worth noting that the IHOPPY Hour menu does not include alcohol. Also, some locations will be offering the specials for takeout. Before heading out, you should call your local IHOP to make sure it’s open for dine in. Price and participation may vary depending on where you live.
