KFC surprises fans with the return of their popular Kentucky Fried Chicken and Waffles.

The chicken chain decided to reintroduce the menu item because of positive feedback from customers during its first run last year.

Originally introduced in June 2018 and then returning a few months later, the returning menu item is now a fan favorite among customers of all ages.

It combines the chain’s Extra Crispy Chicken with Belgian Liege-style waffles, and you can get it as a basket meal or sandwich.

The Chicken and Waffles Sandwich comes with an extra crispy chicken breast fillet nestled between two waffles and served with syrup for a suggested price of $5.99. You can also get the sandwich as part of a combo meal for $7.99.

KFC’s Kentucky Fried Chicken and Waffles Basket features a one-piece breast, two thighs and drumstick or three chicken tenders with a side of Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup for $5.49.

If you’re the hungry type, there’s also a Big Basket meal option available just for you. The Big Basket features two waffles and two syrups with a choice of 2-piece white meat, 3-piece dark meat or 4-piece chicken tenders for $7.99.

Kentucky Fried Chicken and Waffles will be available at participating KFC restaurants starting Saturday through April 29. They’ll only be around for about a month. So move fast because you don’t want to miss out.
