Panera today announced that it’s bringing back its popular Lobster Roll and Lobster Mac & Cheese on May 25, 2023.
The guest-favorite lobster duo will hit menus for a limited time at around 200 select Panera cafes across the Northeastern United States starting today, according to a press release.
The Lobster Roll is made with lobster claw and knuckle meat, tossed in a lemon tarragon mayonnaise-based dressing, piled high on a top-split New England Roll.
The Lobster Mac and Cheese features the brand’s velvety smooth Vermont White Cheddar Mac & Cheese topped with buttered claw and knuckle lobster meat and seasoned Panko breadcrumbs.
Pricing varies with location, but, on average, the returning fan favorite seasonal menu items are available for a suggested price of $22.99 each.
