McDonald’s updates the international menu at its global headquarters restaurant in Chicago to offer more fan-favorite items from around the world.
The latest round of global menu items includes the Big Tasty from Sweden, Twister Fries from Malaysia, as well as other menu items from France, Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, and India.
Here’s what you can expect to find on the international menu at the global headquarters restaurant in Chicago:
The Big Tasty from Sweden features a one-third pound beef patty topped with three slices of melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, three slices of Roma tomatoes, silvered onions, and a smoky “Big Tasty” sauce on a sesame seed bun.
Twister Fries from Malaysia is a popular menu item that features potatoes cut into long and curly slices, coated in a seasoned batter and deep fried until crispy.
The Chicken Tasty with Bacon from Switzerland features a lightly breaded chicken patty topped with bacon strips, Roma tomatoes, lettuce, silvered onions, and smoky “Big Tasty” sauce on a sesame seed bun.
The Veggie Muffin from India features a slightly spicy spinach, corn and cheese patty topped with a slice of melted American cheese sandwiched between a toasted and buttered English Muffin.
Dessert Parfaits from Belgium feature McDonald’s chocolate, vanilla or twist soft serve ice cream layered with your choice of caramel, strawberry or hot fudge sundae toppings, and finished with whipped cream on top.
The Manhattan Salad from France features baby kale, spring and Romaine lettuce topped with dried cranberries, slices of apple, and tomatoes served with your choice of crispy or grilled chicken and a breadstick.
The I’m Greeking Out Salad from Canada comes with a mix of lettuces topped with red pepper strips, crumbled feta, cucumber slices, seasoned couscous, herb and garlic pita chips, and your choice of sliced grilled or crispy chicken.

International menu items are currently only available at the McDonald’s Global Headquarters restaurant in Chicago. The restaurant is located at 1035 W. Randolph St. and is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day.
