My experience was the employee could not tell me about the buy 2 sausage mcmuffin sandwiches for $4.50 instead of paying $5.18 for the one I ordered. When I pulled up to pay he said he tried to prompt me to read the screen which I guess would have told me “the deal”. Ridiculous..so shady.. McDonald’s that is upsetting and wrong. It should be openly advertised and not only for the app users, and for those who already know about the sneakiness of “deals”.
