McDonald’s is inviting fans to drop by participating locations on May 13, 2023, to snag a free McChicken sandwich on the house – no purchase necessary.
In addition to in-store redemption, you can also get a McChicken of your choice (Regular or Hot ‘n Spicy) when you order through the McDonald’s app for delivery or pick-up. For those not familiar, pickup methods include curbside, drive-thru, front counter, or table service.
To take advantage of the deal, simply open the offers section in the McDonald’s app and select the “Free McChicken” offer. In-store customers will need to use a promo code that can be found in-app to redeem the free chicken sandwich.

The Hot ‘n Spicy McChicken includes a crispy chicken patty seasoned with a bold mix of spices and topped with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise on a perfectly toasty bun.
The free McChicken sandwich offer is available all day long at participating McDonald’s locations nationwide for one day only on May 10, 2023.
