Just in time for spring, Mod Pizza launches its new classic salads menu alongside three newly crafted dressings at more 490 locations nationwide.
With an emphasis on high-quality, fresh ingredients, the new classic salads menu includes four delicious options: Greek, Italian Chop, Garden, and Caesar. To complement the salads, Mod Pizza is also adding three new exclusive dressings – Greek Herb, Zesty Roma and Sherry Dijon – that feature simple ingredients and are made with vinegars crafted and imported from Italy.
Here’s a closer look at Mod’s Pizza new salad menu:
- The new Greek Salad features romaine lettuce hand-tossed with new Greek Herb and Tahini vinaigrette, topped with creamy feta cheese, fresh red onion, sliced black olives, sweet and zesty peppers, fresh diced tomato, cucumber, and tender chickpeas.
- The new Italian Chop Salad consists of arugula and crisp romaine lettuce hand-tossed with new Zesty Roma Dressing and topped with creamy mozzarella, grated parmesan, sliced Salami, fresh red onion, sliced black olives, fresh diced green bell pepper, and chickpeas.
- The new Garden Salad is made with tender mixed greens and crisp romaine lettuce hand-tossed with new Sherry Dijon vinaigrette and topped with fresh-diced tomato and cucumber.
- The new Caesar Salad features crisp romaine lettuce hand-tossed with the brand’s classic Caesar dressing topped with grated parmesan, shredded Asiago cheese, fresh-diced tomato, and finished with crunchy croutons.
As with their pizzas, fans also have the option to customize any of the new salads or create their own, with the brand’s unique model of unlimited toppings for one flat price.
New Crafted Dressings
- New Sherry Dijon: A bright light-bodied vinaigrette that combines aged sherry wine vinegar, soybean oil, whole grain mustard, garlic, shallots, tomato, a touch of salt, and seasoned with blue agave. Free of dairy, gluten, and animal by-products.
- New Greek Herb Tahini: A fresh vinaigrette made with prosecco wine vinegar, soybean and extra virgin olive oils, garlic, onion, shallots, tahini, and seasoned with blue agave. Free of dairy, gluten and animal by-products.
- New Zesty Roma: A flavorful and vibrant vinaigrette made with golden balsamic vinegar, soybean and extra virgin olive oils, lemon, garlic, shallots, tomato, chipotles in adobo and seasoned with blue agave. Free of dairy, gluten and animal by-products.
- Caesar: A combination of parmesan cheese, anchovy, red wine vinegar, soybean oil, garlic, lemon juice, and white wine. Gluten-free.
