The new crust is a lighter and guilt-free option made with gluten-friendly ingredients that bake up crispy and which you can top with your favorite toppings and sauces.
Switching to a veggie-powered cauliflower crust carries an extra fee of $2, which is what you’d normally pay for the gluten-free crust.
The new Cauliflower Crust is only available in MOD size at participating locations nationwide as a permanent crust option.

Sorry that I ate first then looked up the crust. How do you pack 87 carbs in a crust with just cauliflower, eggs and cheese? I thought it was Keto. Totally blew my diet for the day. It was delicious by the way. But I would not have eaten it knowing it went that far over my 20 carb level. What other carbs are in it. I will have to stick to my homemade recipe but it is so good in the pizza oven.
Hi Donita! I know, it does pack a lot of carbs. That’s for the whole pizza, a single serving or slice should have considerably less. For example, one slice of Jet’s cauliflower pizza has only 13 grams of carbs.
13g for 1 slice is still Not keto and a lot of carbs. This pizza crust is pure false advertising
The reason it’s so high in carbs is that they mix it with rice flour. Not Keto!!!
I should have looked at the carb count before I ate it too. What else do they use in it that makes it so high in carbs?
It’s delicious but what’s the point? The protein count is nearly the same as the regular, the calorie and fat count is higher than the regular, and the carb count is way higher in the cauliflower crust.
I’ve never had a cauliflower crust pizza…it never sounded appealing. But tonight I tried it, and had trouble stopping at 2 pieces. It was delicious! Crispy and tasty, and no way would I know it was cauliflower unless someone told me. Well done, MOD!
Horrible finding. This is just sad.. It’s not even low carb friendly. I can make a pizza just fine in under 10 carbs with almond flour or even purchase a frozen cauliflower pizza.
Same. I am so sad. I loved MOD cauliflower crust. NOW I know why. 87 GRAMS? WOW!!! I can not eat it again. It was fun while it lasted. 🙁
Hi Christina, glad you dropped by. Yeah, but that’s for the whole pie. So if the pizza has 8 slices, which I think it does, then that’s just about 10.8 grams of carbs per slice.
If you calculate the total 87 carbs for one pizza and the pizza has 6 slices you are getting 14.5 carbs per piece. Average two pieces are 29 carbs. Its pizza. It’s a better alternative than regular if you are watching your carbs. As a diabetic this is good for me.
